  2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    • Eligible Situations:

      • Incorrect item received.
      • Item size does not match the order.
      • Product quality issues.
    • Ineligible Situations:

      • Reasons unrelated to the seller, such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the buyer.
      • Items that have been significantly used or damaged and are no longer in resalable condition.
  3. Shipping Fee Policy

    • If the return or exchange is due to a seller-related issue (e.g., incorrect item, quality defect), POD4TEAM will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return or exchange is for a buyer-related reason (e.g., personal preference), the buyer will bear the shipping costs.
  4. Customized Products

    • Customized items, including those featuring buyer-provided designs, are subject to the same 30-day return and exchange policy as standard products.

Return and Exchange Process

  2. Approval: We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address for sending back the product or arranging an exchange.
  3. Return Shipment: Send the item to the designated address, ensuring it is in its original condition, packaging, and includes order details.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and verify the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
